You can delete your Ashk account at any time. Account deletion permanently removes your personal data, subject to legal retention obligations.
How to delete
- 1. Open the Ashk app
- 2. Go to Settings
- 3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account
- 4. Confirm in the warning dialog
What happens after deletion
- Your account is marked as deleted and your personal identifiers are anonymized
- Account data is permanently removed within a reasonable period (typically within 90 days of the deletion request), except where retention is required by applicable law (financial transaction records for tax purposes, fraud prevention, or legal claims)
Important: subscription cancellation is separate
- Mobile subscriptions (Apple / Google): account deletion does not automatically cancel your subscription. You must cancel separately in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
- Web subscriptions (Stripe): website subscriptions are cancelled together with account deletion.
Account deletion via support
If you cannot access the in-app option, email info@ashk.io with the subject "Delete my account" and include the email address on your account. We will process the deletion request within 5 business days.
