Your premium status is linked to your email address — it is the bridge between the website and the app. If the app doesn't show premium after a web purchase, it is almost always an email mismatch.
1. Sign in with the exact same email
In the app, sign out and sign in using the same email you used when paying on the website. Premium is then reflected automatically.
2. Watch out for "Hide My Email" and email aliases
If you signed in on the app with Apple's Hide My Email or a different alias, the app sees a different address than the one that paid. Sign in with the original purchase email instead.
3. Restore / refresh
After signing in with the right email: close and reopen the app. On iOS you can also use Settings → Restore Purchases.
