When you purchase on our website, your payment method is securely stored by our payment provider (Stripe) so renewals and future purchases work smoothly. You can have it removed at any time.
Website (Stripe) payment methods
Email info@ashk.io with the subject "Remove my payment method" and include the email address on your account. We will remove the stored payment method, which prevents any future charges via the website. If you have an active web subscription, removing the payment method will also mean it cannot renew.
Apple / Google payment methods
Payments made through the App Store or Google Play use the payment method saved in your store account, not in Ashk. Manage those in your Apple ID or Google account settings.
A note on one-click purchases
While a payment method is on file, in-app/web offers can be confirmed with one tap. Every such purchase always shows you the item and price first, and is only charged after you explicitly confirm.
